Why should you bother with regular exercise?
A small amount of exercise can help your heart.
If you don't take enough exercise you are almost three times more likely to die from coronary heart disease than if you regularly take some exercise.
Compare this risk with smoking. If you smoke 20 cigarettes a day you are two and a half times more likely to die than if you are a non-smoker.
Its not difficult to be a bit fitter!
How do you become fitter?
How much you do have to do?
WOMEN need to walk two miles in less than 30 minutes two days a week, or walk two miles in 30-40 minutes five days a week.
